Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Anvia Consulting Limited Liability Company (TIN (INN) 9 703 210 590, OGRN 1 257 700 192 177) (hereinafter, the “Operator”) to process my personal data provided when filling in the “Consultation” web form on the website: https://anvia.ru (as well as in the course of subsequent communication prior to the conclusion of an agreement).

1. Personal data categories:

• Name, contact phone number, email address, and any other information contained in the text of my request (“Describe your question”).

2. Purposes of processing:

• To process my request, establish contact with me, provide information about the Operator’s services, prepare and send a commercial proposal, and take other actions necessary to conclude a service agreement at my initiative.

3. List of actions with the data:

• The Operator may process my personal data in the following ways: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — both with the use of automation tools (including the CRM system) and without them.

4. Transfer of data to third parties:

• I agree that the Operator may entrust the processing of my data to the third parties specified in the Privacy Policy that ensure the operation of the website and the CRM system, provided that confidentiality agreements are concluded with them. The Operator guarantees that the data is transferred exclusively for the purposes specified in this consent.

5. Term of consent and withdrawal:

• This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. If a service agreement is not concluded within 30 (thirty) days of my request, my data is to be destroyed. If an agreement is concluded, processing will continue on its basis.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the email info@anvia.ru. Withdrawal of consent entails the cessation of processing and the destruction of my data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) business days, unless further processing is required on other grounds provided for by law (for example, to perform a concluded agreement).

6. Acknowledgement of rights:

• I confirm that my rights as a personal data subject established by chapter 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to me, including the right to access, rectification, blocking and destruction of data, as well as the right to withdraw this consent.
