Consent to Receive Informational and Advertising Mailings
I hereby, in accordance with part 1 of article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” of 13.03.2006 and Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, give my prior, explicit, voluntary and informed consent to Anvia Consulting Limited Liability Company (TIN (INN) 9 703 210 590, OGRN 1 257 700 192 177) (hereinafter, the “Operator”) to receive advertising and informational correspondence from the Operator, as well as to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of sending it.

The Operator undertakes to include information about itself (name, contact details) in every advertising message and to provide me with a clear and accessible opportunity to opt out of receiving such messages.

The Operator is obliged to stop the mailings and delete my personal data used exclusively for this purpose within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) business days of receipt of the withdrawal.
